Integration training
In integration training, you study the same subjects in Finnish as in civic orientation. In integration training, one student's working day lasts seven lessons. One lesson lasts 45 minutes. The student spends two lessons per day
- for independent study,
- for guidance or
- to group activities that have been agreed upon in the student's integration plan.
In the integration training, you will also practice the Finnish language in a practical work placement. We test your Finnish language skills before and after the integration training.
Integration path
At the beginning of the integration training, we will plan together with you what means you can use to integrate into Finland. We call this plan the integration path. It is based on the integration plan that we have made for you before.
We check your integration path regularly during the integration training. We will change the integration path if it is necessary.
To whom and on what terms
We will arrange integration training for you if:
- you have just moved to Finland,
- you are at least 18 years old and
- We have made an integration plan for you and agreed on integration training.
