Integration plan

The South Häme employment area will make you an integration plan, i.e. a plan for integration, if we assess that you need one. In this case, we will agree with you, 

• what kind of goals you have in integrating and getting a job, 
• what services you participate in. 

When we decide these goals together, we take yours into account 

• your wish, 
• your skills, 
• your life situation, 
• your education and 
• your previous jobs. 

The integration plan may include, among other things 

• social orientation, 
• integration training, 
• teaching reading and writing skills, 
• other service you need.

Following the integration plan 

We monitor how well your integration plan is implemented. We will check the integration plan if the services you need or your living situation change. We will also check the integration plan if you yourself request it. In any case, we review the integration plan at least every six months. 

Duration of the integration plan

The integration plan can take 1–4 years. We make the first integration plan for a maximum of one year. However, we can extend the duration of the integration plan if you need it. The duration of the integration plan depends on 

• what kind of goals you have 
• how long you have worked or studied, 
• what you know 
• what kind of services we have offered you.
