Labour market training
In vocational labour force training, you can complete a basic qualification, a vocational qualification or a specialist vocational qualification or part of these qualifications. In addition, further or supplementary training is organised in many fields. Free vocational labour force training is organised by vocational adult education centres, higher education institutions and private educational institutions.
Self-motivated study
If you want to develop your skills during unemployment and are at least 25 years old, explore self-study.
If you are an unemployed job seeker, please remember to notify your employment counselor of any studies you start. Report your studies even if you do not receive student financial aid.
You may be entitled to unemployment benefits during your studies under certain conditions. Before you start your studies, our employment advisor will assess whether you meet the requirements for unemployment benefits, so please contact your employment advisor as early as possible.
Immigrant’s independent study
